This notice explains how Unearth Dev collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or register, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you submit. We also automatically record basic technical and advertising attribution data (such as your IP address, browser, and the ad or link you arrived from).

Why we collect it

We use your data only to respond to you, deliver what you signed up for, follow up, and measure and improve our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4. These set cookies including Meta's _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days) and analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share conversion data with Meta to measure ad performance; your email, phone and name are cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) before they leave our server. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed, then delete it in line with our retention policy. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and opt out of communications, at any time. Email hello@unearth.ng; we respond within 30 days.
